Love Shack Terms

  1. Your Love Shack membership is only valid at all three store locations in Australia for one year from the date of purchase. The Love Shack membership purchase price is a non-refundable fee of $99.
  2. To be eligible for Love Shack member benefits and rewards you must identify yourself as a Love Shack member before purchase by name in store with identification. Our database will have details of your membership. Love Shack members are entitled to the following discounts:
    1. 15% – 20% off full priced Shack furniture products (does not apply to Homewares);
    2. 5% off full price when shopping with interest free offers;
    3. Special discounts on furniture items promoted from time to time (which would apply instead of the above Love Shack member discounts, unless otherwise stated).
  3. Love Shack member discounts are not available when purchasing Shack gift vouchers.
  4. Love Shack members are entitled to the following benefits:
    1. One (1) complimentary Glasshouse Fragrances candle (valued at $42.95)
    2. Invitations to special events like exclusive sales and new season previews
    3. Prior knowledge of Limited Edition products
    4. One (1) $25 birthday gift credit per annum to spend in-store only during your birthday month. Can only be used in one transaction and cannot be exchanged for cash. Proof of birth date is required.
  5. Love Shack benefits and discounts are available immediately on purchase of membership.
  6. We will communicate with you by email to welcome you to Love Shack and send you reminders concerning your membership.
  7. As a Love Shack member you authorise Shack to send you marketing material concerning special offers, product information and other information relating to Shack. You can opt out of receiving marketing material at any time.
  8. It is your responsibility to provide Shack with your correct personal details, including any changes to them. Shack accepts no responsibility for a member not receiving any Love Shack communications if incorrect details are provided, or Shack is not notified of any change. Shack accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected correspondence arising from circumstances outside of Shack’s control.
  9. A Love Shack member cannot cancel their membership for change of mind.
  10. Shack may amend the Love Shack benefits and discounts available or these terms and conditions from time to time.
  11. Shack shall use all reasonable efforts to communicate any changes on the Shack website.
  12. By accepting Love Shack membership you agree to these terms and conditions and any variation. You also agree to provide Shack with any changes to your contact details.
  13. Shack reserves the right to terminate the Love Shack program at any time without prior notice.
  14. Notwithstanding any other provision, Love Shack membership is at Shack’s discretion and we reserve the right to cancel a Love Shack membership and cease communications without notice.
  15. Shack shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by members resulting from any termination of or changes to the Love Shack program, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  16. Love Shack discount is not available in conjunction with any other membership offer.
  17. Any personal information you supply Shack shall only be used in accordance with our privacy policy.
