Are your warehouse staff COVID-safe?

Warehouse personnel observe strict COVID-safe protocols including face masks, sanitisation and social distancing.

What is the collection process for Sydney?

If you purchase furniture online that is in stock, a member of our logistics team will contact you to arrange your collection and book it in to one of our specified pick-up times.

Should you need to change your collection time, then please call our logistics team on 0451 519 070 at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.

How should I prepare for my delivery?

You have the option to collect most* of our pieces of furniture during our specified pick-up times each week from our warehouse. It’s a very good idea to bring old blankets or towels to protect pieces for their journey home.

It is your responsibility to ensure the pieces will easily fit in your vehicle when you collect from our warehouse. Please note: we’ve not had any customers successfully fit a bedhead inside even the biggest station wagons or 4WDs. For a bedhead, you will need a ute, a delivery-style van or on roof racks.

Our warehouse is located at Discovery Cove Industrial Estate – Unit 16/1801 Botany Road, Banksmeadow NSW 2019. Feel free to download our warehouse flyer which includes a localised map and further important information.

*Our pedestal tables, armoires, beds and large buffets are not available for warehouse pick up, as they are too heavy for our warehouse staff to safely lift and carry. These pieces must be delivered or collected by professional furniture removalists without assistance from our warehouse staff.
